Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
Opened balloon packs, used products, customized color kits, and items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Although we offer free worldwide shipping on orders, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue an eligible refund to your original payment method.
