Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product options, color kit, quantity, shipping address, and contact details before checkout.

Free worldwide shipping applies to eligible AuraArch kit orders. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, weather, local delivery delays, or peak seasons.

Returns are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Used items, opened balloon packs, and customized color kits are not eligible for return.
